Jun is my favorite. Naturally playing Jin is tekken 3. Just combination of Jun and Kazuya's moves... He had ALL of kazuya and his own remixed... Only a few of his mother's moves were uniquely hers that he did not have. They even managed to give Jin and armbar for his tackle as reminince of her scroll armbar basic grapple move lol
Throughout this game and the Tekken Tag Series, Jun’s always been my first choice and my favourite character to choose from. Just love her fluidity as a jujitsu martial artist, plus her win poses and grunts sound like Kimberly Hart (1st Pink Power Ranger).
Man I just recently learned Jun's 10 hit combos. You have to do them while rising which is a lot different than my other mains like Heihachi and Lee. Jun's counters are really good to use to punish someone! I wish Jun will make a canonical return!
If one gets hit with a majority of Jun's attacks from the 10-hit combo, it's pretty much lights out, and even if they're still up, Jun can easily clean house with a different combo.
Does anyone know what Jun's connection to Wang Jinrei was supposed to be in this game?I find some of the sub-boss match-ups interesting and wonder if they had something to do with each other in the storyline.
I think they had no one else to have Wang as a rival, so they just made Jun's sub boss Wang. Everyone else's sub boss, has some explanation. Ex: Heihachi vs Lee, Law vs Baek, Paul vs Kuma, etc.
Wang is close with heihachis father... But sees the family destroying itself after every generation... Wang sees Jun as a light going towards Kazuya. They actually have a positive acquaintance. This would one day bring these japanese and chinese families together... As so you see Jin and Xiaoyu have been close since their debuts. Jin and Xiaoyu are almost like Jun and Kazuya repeated but remixed for the new generation.

Haha, yes, Jun is the unique on of Tekken 2. I believe technically in a lot of ways she won this tournament. She defeated the devil in Kazuya

jun kazama you know is actually my first favorite character in tekken AND my second favorite character is asuka kazama.

Wang is stated in the manual as being a personal bodyguard for Kazuya and is assigned to stop Jun.
