Staying in River Valley at the moment July 2023 and there is now a good shop across the road open until 10 pm every night.

Oh what a great spot. We spent many a night up there. There is so much to see and do. The campsite is well kept and well ran. Great seeing ye out and about 🚐

Our very first family holiday was in River Valley...back when God was young. Two abiding memories - meeting Fr Michael Cleary in Clara Lara with a gang of happy children.....and a Cockerell crowing on the site at 6 in the morning..would have strangled the basket if I could have caught him.😀. So much has changed, Pamela.

Oooo I used to go to Clara Lara when I was young. I nearly drowned there. Long story . But it was a brilliant place when I was a kid.
