- Targeting Flounder in Perth W.A from the Swan River from my dinghy on a very windy day. With a strong in coming tide I had to anchor up on the edge of a drop off. Flicking out paddle tail grubs plastics on a heavy jig lead to success.

Here’s a funny story. I’m from South Africa right and the day caught a flounder i thought it was deformed fish and felt so bad the poor thing I immediately threw him back in water. My mates were furious.
I have caught more since then and boy oh boy are the great tasting fish

I Learnt how to improve my rowing 🚣🏻♀️ & fishíńg 🎣 around there, for my Late Fåther used to be a club member there before the change of “management”, bàck when the America’s Cup win was achieved.
The ‘plastics’ range has certainly, & Thankfully 😅 evolved, [wìd some brands, ‘usually’ stated on the packaging, Thanks to Awareness Arnie💪🏼; by the State of California] I don’t use them cause my Dad said that it’s more than cheating the fish 🐟.!🤔💭
Well, I have to agree in reflection to back when fishing stores were lousy with the Mr Twïster range available by a 3litre bucket. I unfortunately,🙄recall a Mr Twï§Tęr batch become horrifically 🔔chemically unstable , it’s constituents ate/burnt through a Plano tackle box☣️⚠️✅
Same with the initial wave of round/beehive style Plastic craypots, which weren’t just toÖ slippery for the cray, but also emitted a dodgey byproduct...

Brand name Fuze 85 mm Doctor Purple rain paddle tail. I got it as a clearance item..cant find them anymore. A brow grub with glitter would do the job. Yes about location.
