Awesome finds! A water sprayer would be nice on the end of the detector to soften the ground before you dig...🤣We need rain bad...👍

I'm in SC n this ground is crazy, you think you got a good target then you pull out rust lol. You got to love this hobby.

yes sir same here. if id left the iron bias up it would've probably gave me a clue but if there was a coin beside the nail i wouldve most likley missed it. if you want the good stuff you gotta dig it.

Id love to metal detect SC, my uncle was stationed their years ago when i was a kid. He took us to an area of an old battle that still had bullet holes on some of the houses. your defiantly in a good state for the old stuff.
