Tuning a Bass higher? trying a new tuning on my Epiphone Rivoli bass guitar

using a custom set of stringjoy strings: .65,.45,.35,.30 to test out some tonal options for my flmost cherished instrument!
I was gifted this Epiphone Rivoli a little over 20 years ago and it has been the only piece of gear to stick with me all these years.
I've used it as a writing tool often but rarely recorded with it, so i decided to give a new tuning a try to see if it encourages me to write more with it.
