Hello! You can create the test or quiz in office 2007 and import it into forms. But, the automated part that forms does could possibly be done with VB code.
@@kanuehaseeb8574 Microsoft ended support for Office 2007 in 2017. It is no longer a secure application so you might want to consider upgrading to at least 2013.

What do students see when I click post scores? Where are those scores posted?
Can you create question banks or import questions from Blackboard?
