I get so overwhelmed with emotion every time I see a channel I love reacting to Skam and it’s like I’m watching it for the first time again. I watched Skam when it first aired and I can’t quite convey how HUGE it was. You can’t forget this was back in 2016 and it was groundbreaking in terms of LGBT storytelling that felt real. Shows like Heartstopper and Young Royals exist now but they wouldn’t have existed without this show. Skam was the blueprint and I don’t think any show has done it quite as good since. I think when you get to the end you’ll understand ❤️
I mean for anyone that can't still grasp it, It was that huge that mutiple countries decided to make their own version. I think you could say that SKAM is probably one of the world most successful franchises/ tv formats of all time

I believe Even is two years older than Isak. Even switched schools and is re-taking his senior (3rd) year and Isak is in the 2nd year. Emma is a first year student :) we get a bit more background into why Even switched schools in the 4th season.
Fun fact: When Emma suggested dressing up as Batman and Batwoman, Batwoman is actually Batman's lesbian cousin. She didn't know but she did get it right that one of them would be queer 😂
What I love the most about their relationship is that Isak is super awkward and self-conscious, but he lower his guards as soon as he's alone with Even.
you guys would absolutely love season 4 of this series as well.. sana's storyline is very powerful. she is the lead of the next season and it deals with a love interest for her who is not muslim . I would say isak and sana's seasons are usually the most popular with the fans.
I also hope they watch the 4th season as well. There is some amazing dialogue in season 4 that can be applied to so many faucets of life. That scene with sana and Isak on the bench is incredible as well as so many between Yosef and Sana.

I think Isak was supposed to be Julius Caesar rather than Antony. So, the image on the bike shows Isak becoming the king/emperor of his life by finally accepting himself and going on the "ride" that God is giving him.

I think the kissing, their first kiss, was meant to be shown as awkward because kissing someone for the first time is usually super awkward. Now I want them to watch that kiss that the actors gave each other on the "Kiss cam" live at that award ceremony lol because the kisses that they gave each other in the series are a bit clumsy but if you see that kiss that they shared in real life, even if it only lasted a few seconds, you can easily tell that they are both good kissers.

I'm watching your SKAM Norway reactions at the moment, and will jump into SKAM France after. I just wanted to say that if you ever wanted to check out more Evak parallels, I highly recommend DRUCK (Germany version). I know that the original Norway version would always be a classic, and the France version managed to recreate a somewhat different yet also very familiar chemistry of Evak (Maxence and Axel were just perfect), but DRUCK changed the game for me. I think it's amazing that they were able to keep the original flow of the story but at the same time made a big change from its major plot (ALSO, THE OST'S ON POINT). Anyway, all versions are worth checking out for sure, since they're delivered in different ways. Anyway-BACK TO WATCHING!!

Ah, I haven't seen OG Skam in so long, I love it so much. And I can't help but mention remakes. As you might have noticed (or will notice soon), there's quite a war between which remake is the best :D I've personally only seen Skam France's S3 version and I can vouch for it, it's amazing. I know people also really love Druck (Skam Germany). The remakes are, well... remakes. So the main plot points are usually the same. But it's the small little changes and additions that make each remake stand out, so I think you'll enjoy them nonetheless, and won't be bored. And if you can't choose which one to watch, I'm sure we won't mind if you watch multiple ;)

the French and Flemish versions of Skam are also well worth a watch! I actually prefer the French version of Isak and Even's story to the Norwegian one, but all are great. Lucas (the French Isak) is SO cute and I have a lil' crush on him lmaoo. My favourite couple used to be Jack and Rose from Titanic (I don’t care whether or not a couple is LGBT, as long as it is LOVE), and Isak and Even are definitely in the top 10 as well, but to me NOBODY beats ELU from SKAM France S3.
you should watch druck season 3 and season 7. The two couples depicted in it largely beat Elu. Buuut Elu has still a special place in my heart. I really love Lucas. But I don't feel like Eliott is acting naturally. He seems fake at my eyes. That's why Elu is beaten by the two couples of druck.

S4 is worth watching offline but not enough LGBTQ+ content to react to for this channel. There are a few great seasons in other SKAM versions that have content suited to this channel. Some retellings of this season with a few differences, and some seasons with different queer representation.

you should watch druck season 3 and season 7. The two couples depicted in it largely beat Elu. Buuut Elu has still a special place in my heart. I really love Lucas. But I don't feel like Eliott is acting naturally. He seems fake at my eyes. That's why Elu is beaten by the two couples of druck.

Therefore, they should be extinct" and would certainly not infer morality from the existence or lack thereof of anything, or label it as a disease. Rather, a scientist would approach it like this: "This quality exists and survives, despite appearing to be a dead end - therefore it must provide some survival advantages that override the supposed lack of reproduction (otherwise it would go extinct, which evidently it did not) and allow it to go on.
