Hi , an e-magazine i read yesterday who tested this scooter , the driver achieved a speed of 148 km/h at about 8300 - 8400 rpm , which - as he said - was 134 km/h on his GPS . It means an error of 14 km/h . If he's right , it means that the true speed at 8000 rpm of maximum power , is about .... 126 km/h ! Honda ADV 350 has exactly the same true speed [ 126 km/h ] at 7500 rpm of its max power of the engine .
@@aminerh3723 Of course they do . We all know that . But we need to know the speedometer error of each bike , in order to know the true speed compared to the road limits , to other bikes or scooters and to calculate the real consumption in comparison to what our screen says . And finally , i need to know the real top speed of a bike i wish to buy , because if it is not for e.g 145 km/h [ as speedometer says ] but only 130 , maybe i don't really want to buy it . That's why !!!
@g.disergio2771 well I also wanted to get the sym adx 300 but I think it's weak for my needs, for an optimal cruising the rpm should rage between 6-7k which GPS speed is 80 to 100 km/h while I want a scooter that goes smoothly with a 120-130 km/h
@@aminerh3723 You are right . ADX 300 , like all other 278 - 330 cc scooters [ Forza , Xmax etc ] can cruise on National roads at a true speed of about 110 - 115 km/h . The next category is that of Maxsym GT 400 , or the new Cruisym 400 etc with which the speed can be around 120 - 125 km/h [ cruising smoothly with 1000 rpm lower than those of max power ] . End of story ! Τhen , comes the class of Tmax , Forza 750 etc.
145 kilometers 8000s ok for 300cc

If you add your email in the info section , i can send you the link of the article .
most of scooters speedometers they add 10km/h as a precaution including honda...
