Nintendo needs to add some sort of real life graphic that acts as an obstacle for npcs. It seems like this would be a really simple addition that would add a lot to the game.
Imagine you have a stool in the middle of the track and the NPC's just bump into it.
@@xxweinerslammerxx That would be amazing if it were possible actually. It could test how well A.I. in general can react to the real world. Whether you think that would be a good thing or not is up for debate...
I'm not sure though, you need to get the whole set recorded so the Data can be stored and give information to the ncp.

The track is one of the most well designed and creative tracks I ever seen for Mario Kart Live Home Circuit. This course looks like it's ready to go on an official Nintendo Direct demonstration.
You use the Black Hole glitch to make confusing arrows in Super Mario Maker.
You can now use arrows to confuse Mario Kart Live Home Circuit.

That handmade full track was so cool! It had all the details of a digital track, with scenery and crowds cheering you on, as well as moving effects and different environments. Wow!
I wouldn't even be surprised if the image detection mkhc uses was designed with recognizing "homemade" signs in mind, I could totally imagine nintendo planning for some kid to lose or break the cardboard it comes with and making their own designs on paper on a whim

The most surprising thing to me is the fact that recreating and printing gates/arrows actually works. And this video goes even further 'cause they turn them into animations and cookies. Because I told myself I would try that if I get MKLive this Christmas but I thought that it would never work.

Since mario just needs to see the barcodes on his bum and the water is clear, maybe he has no problem reading underwater. Just add a water proof zip lock

This is AWESOME!
Alright I've rewatched the track like 12 times frame by frame and this is what I've discovered:
1: Yoshi Amiibo/toy makes an appearance at the bottom as Playfool is having a seat in his tube.
2: Paper Mario makes an appearance in the hills in the background.
3: One of the random paint splats spells playfool, wasnt sure if this was a secret or not.
4: one plain splat has splatoon inkling eyes in it.
5: the giant tube in the middle of the track is now empty without a Playfool sitting inside it.
6: one of the cookie toads in the crowd are dressed up as Captain Toad.
7: one of the stars in the final segment is actually Luma from Mario Galaxy
8: there is also a big goomba face peering from behind this section
9: theres some coins hidden behind the section 4 sign.
10: at the ending, one of the toads has a bite taken out of his head
11: also in the ending, way in the distance, lego Mario is staring at the camera behind the crowd and even blinks once.
12: there's a banana hidden behind the starting line.
This was amazing, you guys gave me insane ideas, thanks!

My kid just got his this Christmas. Thank you for your time and effort in ming these and Sharing them with us.
Secrets i could find:
Paper Mario in the hills at the start,
Yarn Yoshi,
Inkling in the paint,
Playfool in the paint,
And not sure it counts but the pipe on the island
Captain Toad cookie edition,
One of the cookie toads has a bite in his head,
Not sure if it counts but Peach's crown (i think) is on the cake,
Luma in the Stars,
Giant Goomba from the lego Mario episode,
Not sure if it was the light but it looked like one of the stars was smiling,
Lego Mario in the crowd at the end.
I will litteraly watch these ai get confuse on the several signs in 1:09 for 1 hr
