For me Patrick is the GOAT of coaches. He does not only teach how it works, but how it FEELS.
I learn so much watching children and young juniors play and getting instructions. They move so freely and easily. Like we were meant to do, before jobs, stress, and being adults tensed up our bodies and minds.
I love Patrick's intuitive way of coaching without too much explanation and detailed instructions.

nope... first thing is to teach the basics. Basics are to be stable on the shoulders. Technique is irrelevant when she goes backwards with her back and down with her left shoulder every time.
