Hey Here are somethings I do! I use the same jars as you do for one of my category of candles, and I have started using 99.9% isopropyl alcohol or 70% rubbing alcohol and sprayed it over the jar, wiped it with a muslin cloth. For ecofriendly measures, I switched my bubble wraps with corrugated cardboard rolls and they have worked wonders. I also bought a teeny tiny paper shredder and now shred my unnecessary pile of error prints to use as cushioning since we don't have packing peanuts at an affordable rate back here in India. Also, its a lot cost effective when you create your own packing lol
Thank you so much for sharing this! Yes I think corrugated cardboard is a good option. Good job reusing your error sheets for cushioning. What kind of candles do you make in India?
@@IshaniParbhoo I make books and fandom based jar / tin candles.. also have another ecofriendly premium candles line that specializes in white label products :)
Thank you so much for your content it’s been so wonderful watching your journey and all the useful tips that you provide wishing you all the success in the world
I am starting a candle business in the near future and agree that the tea light samples as so impressive and one I want to incorporate as well. Keep up the good work. I am leaning toward wrapping with the brown paper and wax seal as well. Very sophisticated! Thanks for sharing your shipping ideas because I did not know the shipping peanuts were biodegradable. ty.
Thank you so much for watching! Definitely tea lights are a great way to attract more sales especially online. I love the wrapping, I will now charge for it though rather than give it free as it is so time consuming. Yeah the peanuts are really cool! Definitely worth looking at. Thank you so much for supporting my channel :)
Thank you so much! I love the natural kraft look, I wasn't sure it will go with the zodiac, but it's ok for now. I'd love to be able to have a custom look for each collection.
Love that you use a stamp, that is saving in materials over using stickers (and in the long run so much cheaper, right?!). Wax stamp is a gorgeous addition! I considered using that for my packaging, and may revisit thanks to your inspiring use :) Beautiful packaging. Thank you!
Hello! I think it's cheaper as all you're doing is replacing the ink pad. I definitely think it's such a great way of adding branding without having to worry about ordering printed boxes which can get very expensive. Thank you so much for watching! :)
Hey, great video! I have also used brown packaging when wrapping my box which protected it but was definitely a time suck. Have you thought of using poly mailer bags? I am going to switch over to them. They are cost-effective and you can even go a step further with different colors and customizations.
Hey, thank you so much! Yes, I have been thinking about it, but it was just the plastic that was putting me off. But I see a company called Noissue do compostable ones so I may try them out! Have you moved to mailer bags yet?
Hello there I was looking video’s to learn about candle business, I love the way you wrapped and everything about your candles but is it worth it in terms of profit?
Hello! Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It is expensive at the beginning to get everything running, however, definitely profitable if done well!
Hiii !!!!! you gave us very interesting informations about shipping candles !!! can you please tell me the measurements of the boxes , i will appreciate it, thanks!!!!!
hello! I said £70. It feels like sooo much for a stamp but it was worth it in the end. It's also because I got a huge one, the smaller ones are more affordable.
Hey, really enjoyed your video was super informative and helped more than you know! I may have missed it but what size candle jars did you use? 300ml or 190ml?
Aww thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it and found it useful. So the jar I use I fill to 200g but it fits 220g. It's classed as a 30cl jar. I hope this helps :)

Nice video please where did you got the stamp from and what size is it?
Very amazing video!I would like to ask you to do a video on all the legale requirements to sell candles in the UK. Thanks a lot
Oh definitely! Thank you for the suggestion, I will work on putting it out. Thank you so much for stopping by!
I love your look! It's very earthy and natural. If your selling zodiac candles it works kind of Harry Potterish.

What size was the stamp? I love the idea and it being a cheaper option is definitely a plus!

Love this video!
Hello, what size paper did you use for the candle wrap?

Thank you so much lovely! They are from candle shack, it’s a 30cl lotti in matte black.
Do you mind sharing the size of your stamp please. Thanks

How many candles I should make for to start to sell them..If I have my first 4 different fragrances..30 of each?or...what are the numbers..?
Hey! It really depends on quite a few variables, I actually created a video of how I figure it out :) ruclips.net/video/S7ovTyWrBJk/видео.html

Thanks so much for your help again, was wondering what size stamp did you purchase for your boxes please?
And you just sent it out like that or so you also pop the box in a shipping bag ?
Yup, I just send it out as the box, I don't use a shipping bag. This is an old video so what I do has changed as I have retail boxes now.
@@IshaniParbhoo thank you
