Hi there I'm Argentinian living in Uk 🇬🇧.. The singer of Sumo.. Luca Prodan .. was Italian and studied in Scotland for a few years in Gordonstoun school. Where Prince Charles used to go. He got fed up with the system and he literally run away (escape) from the school. He lived in London for a while and used to listen to Joy divisions.. then moved to Argentina and that's when he became one of the most influential musicians of the 80' .. listen to "estallando desde el océano" all the best ✌️🥂🇦🇷🇬🇧

@@thegreyman Crua Chan! from the mountain north of Loch Awe, overlooking the bulk of the Campbell lands in Argyll. Campbell Clan of Argyll in the Highlands of course.
With Sumo is sometimes better to stick to studio versions because there are very few good quality live recordings. The band remained quite underground until Luca's death and in some cases he was so wasted that his performance is not the best. It's so sad that he died so young.
Yeah that makes sense mate, I might make a follow up studio version later today as well. Yeah it's a shame a talented man should destroy himself that way.
Más allá de lo que decis, Superman Troglio dijo que Luca no subía borracho al escenario, no lo se...quizás algo tomado o fumado si, pero no al punto de que un show pudiera salir mal por eso. Las grabaciones en vivo si, no son de buena calidad, pero Sumo rn vivo tenia toda la potencia. En el último Obras Luca ya no podia más, tuvo que leer algunas letras ya que habían sido improvisadas en el estudio. En el último disco participó poco, ya estaba mal.

@@facundojaviermaciel5773 Claro que lo escuché, me los sé de memoria los temas de Sumo, en cambio Grey sólo conoce 2 temas que reaccionó. Para saber cómo es realmente la canción primero tenés que escuchar la original en estudio y después verlas en vivo, así de esa forma podés compararlas y saber cómo improvisaban en vivo.

Those are bagpipes. There is a lot of Brittish culture in Argentina, but after Perón and the Falklands war it was removed from public awareness. For example, Argentines also drink tea at 5 o clock (but is mate tea).
The most notable Scottish folk metal bands are Skiltron and Triddana.

I have those on my list, are they Argentine bands but with Scottish folk elements? I saw a bandoneon looking instrument on the stage but I think I missed the pipes, it was a dark stage though. Thanks for the information.

Tal vez, en esta cancion, hubiera sido mas adecuado reaccionar a la version de estudio, ya que por ser el primer tema de su show en vivo, se nota que el sonido estaba siendo ajustado en este tema para el resto del show, como una prueba de sonido,

Yo soy guitarrista y toque en varias bandas, por eso puedo percibir ese tipo de detalles, crua chan era una cancion que no habia sido grabada en el momenro de este show, recien se grabo como primer track de "After Chabon" ultimo disco de la banda. Se nota que estaba todavia en experimentacion en ese momento, y lo tocaron primero como una especie de prueba de sonido.
Quiero compartir con vos un solo tocado por mi, es de un gran guitarrista ingles, y el solo es un clasico que no necesita presentación
