Great job, especially given the difficulties of your terrain. Not all jobs are easy; this video is proof of that. But you planned it well and stuck with the plan. That’s the mark of an experienced professional.
U need 2 transport ⛓ chains and attach them to heavy equipment and chain down the trees.. Then roll over them with the FECON.. I got a 100hp Massey Ferguson and it does it by itself without another tractor unit..
Nice work! Good to find some local guys on RUclips to support. Keep up the great work. May have to call you guys to do a little work on Hwy 11 one day, residential.
Ugh, hidden junk is so destructive. I hired a man to bush hog my five acres when I had a tractor break down. Though I told him it had been grazed by horses for twenty years and was pure grass, junk free, he left it eight inches tall.
Wow! Out of all the under powered skid steers out there doing forestry mulching... Yours is actually overpowered! Your machine chews through thick brush like an psycho angry beaver on Meth!
Thank God for you! I needed something cool to watch. Antenna TV has nothing on Sunday after church. I was afraid I was going to have to do some yard work!
Add a mulching head to your E45 and you'll be able walk right up and down that hill to get that last strip you had to cut by hand. I have an E42 with one...very effective on the steep stuff.
Love your shows I have one safety issue I seen you perform on this video that was when you get out of cab to pull objects out of bushes or brush please pull away from the shredded you could loose your grip and fall into shredder......(Be Safe & Blessed)
Hey My Pro Crew, John,Josh, and Willie. Once again y'all have done a magnificent job beautifully done. John I brags on y'all all the time, I think I got two of my family members following y'all. N yes I seen Josh, with his safety gear on. N John I just want to say you do your job the way you see fit that's right for you, and you take the time out to do it the Safeway . ,(whoever want to do their job the way they want to do it let them do it they way.) but you do your job the way you see fit to do it and the Safeway that's what I like about this crew y'all look at a job and y'all try to do it the safest way and the efficient way that you can get it done I love this about (my Pro crew.). I really enjoyed this video , keep them . N what's for you and the Crew is for you and the Crew, don't worry yourself about what's not,God got y'all covered. Amen Jehovah. I'm Bama Queen Victoria Byrd. Till the next show. 🙏🙏♥️♥️.
Y'all are very welcome. I just enjoy seeing y'all do the job right. I'm not saying they're not others that can't do it, right too. But they're not ( My Pro Crew). Ok. John you Willie and Josh are a 3- Man Crew and y'all do better then a 10-man crew. That's my honest opinion. I luv y'all and keep them good videos coming.ok .God bless yall and your families.ok.
Finally some improvements on the vid.. the fastforwarding with music.. makes it fairly more enjoyable to watch👍.. than watching the slow process and sound of wood grinding..
Looks great but it seems like when it rains the hill will erode since there is nothing to hold the dirt now. Maybe they are going to plant grass. Here In SC, it has been an extremely wet winter.
Dag gone that grinder is the nuts !!! When i win the lottery i have to get one of them !!! Here in Hot lanta they have to many trees to close to hwy 20 that fall down in the road when storms come.
Just curious, but why don't yall cruise longways along the job using ~50% of your tractors blades, rather than back an forth over the same area? The few jobs I've watched, you have gone back and forth over the brush. Awesome videos!
I'm impressed by the ASV as shown in your video. I've only used a CAT 299D when mulching, so am curious on how that ASV would compare to the CAT I've used, though I suppose I should compare the ASV 120 to the newer CAT 299D3 XE to keep it a fair "apples to apples" comparison. Also, would you consider sometimes adding an inclinometer on the Fecon head (within camera view) to show actual degree of slope? My Ventrac has an analog inclinometer, but it's not reliable, so I pre-measure slope at job sites with a piece of 2x4 and an inclinometer app ("Clinometer") on my iPhone.
Great vids! Only thing I see you doing in ALL your vids I do not agree with is....... NEVER get out of your equipment with the attachment running. Safety First!
Remind me again why vegetation needs to be stripped bare like this? Overhang from fence line and interstate; understood. But why do we not want to have patches of habitat and vegetation around. In the U.K. were seeing bland gravel banks put alongside roads. Because it might cost a fortune now, but means less lane closures and maintenance contracts. But really - everything is becoming so sterile.
85 is crazy i hate driving that sucker especially anywhere between 153 all the way to 101 .. You probably constantly watching makin sure nobody came down the hill
Hey what brand is that other young man using it looks like a weed eater with a chain saw on the end? I understand one is like you use to cut shrubs,,, but looks like you got one that is a chainsaw at the end
Well sorry seen at end of video the whole top of slope was gaurd rail.. no way to go down from top. My apology Sir... so you did the best you could. Great job...
I know this maybe a stupid question, but you said you could do a row at the top. Why not go to the top and go down hill on it, instead of trying to go up hill on it.
The cable is what is the anchor cable of a end treatment on a gaurd rial system. I know all this because spent l as st 15 years working for California DOT....
One of those what have I gotten myself into this time jobs........ You have to finish and you think you are doing good then you bust some teeth. Those teeth were probably your profit. I feel for you. We have to take those jobs now and then. When you mess with the state of federal govt. it is always a pain. Looks 100% better now though.
Another Fine Job.... Wow that was a hill. i was thinking couldn't you come down it from the top or not a good idea? I guess the weight it would just slide down maybe..
@@UpstateBrushControl I know there is no head brake but when cab door is open it should shut down the high flow hydraulics should it not at least every mulcher I've ever run had a switch for the door sensors on the seat and on the arm rests
Fantastic job you are good !!!
You have an incredible work ethic and never give up on your goals.

You have a gift for bringing people together and creating a sense of community.
I have absolutely no use for one of those machines BUT MY GOD I WANT ONE REAL BAD!

Disagree, I want to feel like I am there.
It would be nice if the states would keep up with all the highways like that! It should be done every two years!

Every time I hear that music at 20:40 I think of Winder Towing and "we got a call...."
Any idea what the landowners wanted to use the land for? Are they planting trees in its wake or just clearing the space to make it look neat?
Good work! 👍👍👍👋👋👋🇩🇪
How often do the teeth on the mulcher have to be changed? I heard the teeth on those things are pretty pricey.

nice job!!
Good job, i have two T770 with FAE and, in my opinion, it’s impossible with Bobcat

those trees some have thorns man it's crazy
Haw often do you damage teeth hitting unforeseen rocks?
Asking for information : Come down from the top of the hill ?

Question
Did you have to destroy those young pine trees?
I'm jus wondering how many bodies were mulched in the process...😁
Who knows😉😉
I don’t get it

Hey what brand is that other young man using it looks like a weed eater with a chain saw on the end? I understand one is like you use to cut shrubs,,, but looks like you got one that is a chainsaw at the end
On slopes like that you drive down from the tops long as not blocked by gaurd rail... top down one pass at a time.
What kind of teeth do you run on it. Knife or carbide.
Well sorry seen at end of video the whole top of slope was gaurd rail.. no way to go down from top. My apology Sir... so you did the best you could. Great job...
whats the going rate for a job like this?
I know this maybe a stupid question, but you said you could do a row at the top. Why not go to the
top and go down hill on it, instead of trying to go up hill on it.
Another job done well.
You have a unique ability to find common ground and bring people together.

The cable is what is the anchor cable of a end treatment on a gaurd rial system. I know all this because spent l as st 15 years working for California DOT....
If they sent someone in with a brush hog twice or three times a year it would never get like that in the first place!
You right about that. My Pro Crew, knows exactly how to do the Job right. 👍👍
To me, this looks like about 10 years of neglect.
This does not need to be done multiple times a year, its brush by the side of a highway not a park. That is also about 5-10 years of growth
I hope that the state is paying your company for forestry mulching along the highway.
what a voracious mulching machine !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where at on 85 did y’all do that job at
South bound just past the white horse rd exit.
What did you price that out at? Roughly?
hi
witch song do you use in that video
how steep of a grade have you been on with that machine my, 333d would handle that grade as long as I don't lift the booms
A soon as I saw that you uploaded I clicked, time to see some shredding and mulching.
Also, FIRST
I like the view away from the machine, watching it do it’s job. Not much for the cab view. You guys did a good job of clearing the roadside though 👍🏼
Your dedication to your work and attention to detail are truly admirable.
To bad you couldn't put one of those rotating cutter things on the back of the machine and grind while your coming and going
bel lavoro bravi..
state need,s 2 plant orchard grass now and keep it MOWED!
Didn't quite see why did not start from flat end, rather than steepest part.
What does a job like that cost?
You had decent tunes on the drive in, but once you got down to it, I liked the real sounds....
How much do you charge for a job like this
Wow, didn't realize that there was a electrical boxes hidden in that jungle. Nicely done sir 👍
Your ability to think critically and solve complex problems is truly impressive.
always a nice job, you must get tired of the smells, pine, oak, spruce and so on
You have a unique ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively.
At 18:47 pretty sure I got a wood chip in my eye
Would be better if camera could be mounted higher
In Scotland we don’t cut That down we let it grow it saves a shit load of money if it’s not bothering any body leave it
Another Fine Job.... Wow that was a hill. i was thinking couldn't you come down it from the top or not a good idea? I guess the weight it would just slide down maybe..
Your ability to find common ground and build relationships is truly remarkable.
Have you ever hit a massive paper wasp nest or those under ground hornet's ????
Ok this when you need the Ventrac to maintain it :0-) And yes i know you guys didn't have the Ventrac at this time.
Why is that cutter head still running when you are out of the cab there are safety systems on that machine that should not allow that to happen
There is no break on the cutter head.
@@UpstateBrushControl I know there is no head brake but when cab door is open it should shut down the high flow hydraulics should it not at least every mulcher I've ever run had a switch for the door sensors on the seat and on the arm rests
I would use this Machine for the Zombie Apocalypse
In case you didn't notice, it's slow and you can be attacked on three defenseless sides. You'll have to do better than that in a zombie apocalypse.
Always wanted to see. how you mow the overpasses good job 👍
