For buildings, going up a level in star tiers is 1.05% not 1.5% why did you guess 1.5% each level? (what is crypto coin increase per level for those investments?)
It was just a rough estimate. Didn't do any statistical analysis for that. But yea I see is around a 5% increase for each level. Am also in the midst of doing the family currency calculation and understanding more of the family currency. Well. . A ton of family currency is still required to increase mansion star 10. Will try to find almost the exact number for that. I feel crypto currency is much harder to analyse as its difficult to obtain. Not very sure the matrix for that yet as I have not upgraded a lot of crypto related investments

Well you are suppose to be in for the long haul with this game, trying to get T5s will do that. Unless you are one of those people who blow off $10000 at a time. We have to wait for a year to see how many have achieved that. If it's only 500 the developers will have done their job by making it hard enough to make people play to achieve that.

Go to family Council. I think it might only be unlocked after gw2 or 3. You have to reach family star 6 mansion for the first investment too

Yes only the family investment. 😂 I probably spent quite alot of family currency on the buildings
As the developers intended, for most players it is going to be a very dragged out process unless you are somebody who forks over $10grand overnight
