SMALL SPOILER BUT I SWEAR TO GOD WHEN DMITRY CALLED HER "YOUR HIGHNESS" AND BOWED TO HER AS THE LIGHTS DIMMED AND SHE HELD HER HEAD HIGH BUT KEPT EYE CONTACT I LITERALLY STARTED SOBBING
This song is cute, but I just can't get over how much more powerful this section of the story was in the movie. Dimitri literally SAVED Anastasia's life in the movie. I get chills every time Anya recounts the boy and the wall in the movie. I just wish they had put that part in this show.
One of the most beautiful songs Iv ever heard in a musical ever, such emotion was given during the performance, if you were to think of what happened in real life with the Russian revolution, it just brings so much more sadness to the song as it was all a beautiful dream as Anastasia died with her family and did not survive
Who else feels personally victimized that they didn’t kiss here

The moment Dimitri realises he just found and lost the girl of his dreams... brb crying 😭
The way they emphasize the “you” in “YOU were gone” 😭😍
if they ever make a live action remake of Anastasia it should be more like the Broadway play
"yes he made himself seen, in that crowd of thousands" I'm going to cry now
When you lose your friend in a crowd...
Their chemistry on stage is literally so beautiful. Also I LOVE DEREK KLENA
"It was June"
And this is why my dating expectations are so high

You can hear her smiling. Love this song!
