Arrow rain should be A unless, literally just use it with explosive arrows and instantly stun by breaking the posture, and elite its really broken, literally you get like 1% or 0.5% of the damage and when the shield brokes, depending which shield will do something, gel creates the slime of slime hammer heavy, scrap shots nails that inflict bleed and elite (the best ngl) frees the damage taken by the shield as poise damage (and players behind you when you use the shield with elite will be inmune to all damage), you can literally use elite shield with the technique to block all the attacks of 8 tick second phase of lazurai
Also the technique for rusty bell actually makes putting a blood gem on it kinda good because it can sometimes hit twice and also it heals for about 20 hp with the technique and it deals like 150-200 dmg with low strength
If you ask me, the upheval tehnique really needs to be higher as with a good build, it can do lots of dsmage, has knockback and a stun so basically its a combo extender
Serpent style would be much higher for me right now if it actually worked. The venom inflict is still nice but the damage boost is a flat 0.3 instead of 30%, im not sure about the poise damage buff and i dont think the swingspeed changes either
ye, someone i knew tested out the damage of their spear with serpent style and there was pretty much no increase, they never tested out the poise part, perhaps it can combo with lightning gem and trident but idk.
I use bows, arrow rain with explosive arrows is just so nice. Noticed another comment bout it. idk what tier to put arrow rain in but its pretty nice if you have explosive arrows so i usually just use explosive arrows cuz arrow rain works so nice with it.

I'd bump giant slayer up just for fighting some bigger bosses, i was able to hit old fart for like 600 a pop with it because of how tall he is
