Yep. This is a bad developed list. They just put EVERYTHING. Also I hate harem animes. So to consider a Harem like "the best" is silly for me. Most of Harem animes are about a silly guy that has ZERO appeal in ANY SENSE and then MAGICALY all the girls of the school are deeply inloved of him for no reason what so ever 🤦♀️... if you call that a "great anime" you must have really low standarts about plot 🤷♀️

Darling in the FranXX showed me what true romance is in anime couples. I mean couples in other animes are doing 'romance' things but DITF just hits different, The willingness of 02 and Hiro to do anything just to be with each other is amazing. Surely there are other animes like this so I can't force you to believe that it is the only one that has that kind of romance.

It actually makes me angry that garbage ecchi shows and SAO get season after season while gems like kaichou wa maid sama, say i love you, etc never got 2nd seasons/endings. That said. 2019 renewed my faith a bit with a fruits basket reboot. My advice to you guys is i you like a series buy a dvd or blu-ray, buy the manga or light novel its based on too. The reason SAO and ecchi shows get season after season is because they make fuck tons of money in dvd and merchandising sales.

you should read the light novels! The anime only covers like 30-40% of the story, and the second part (Suka Moka) is being released right now. There are some fan translations online, but I always suggest buying from Yen Press if you are interested.
It became my favorite anime when it aired. It's not the best show ever, but the things it does hit hard and I love the heck out of it.

10:54 I've been watching this lately. I'm half way through and I've gotta say I love it. Too bad it's only 12 episodes. Toradora has always been my favourite anime. However, Tsuki Ga Kirei might genuinely take the top spot depending on the rest of the anime. I would highly recommend it. It's honestly incredibly underrated

It's my favorite anime. Very underrated
I have been trying to find anime to watch for over almost a year. I found Tsuki Ga Kirei a few days and have watched half the episodes. I came here wondering if it was in the video and I came to the comment section to see if someone talked about it. I still haven't finished it as I'm only halfway through. It's honestly criminally underrated. It's not that popular but I've been loving it so far. I don't know why so few people know it. It's genuinely fantastic. Toradora has always been my favourite anime but this might genuinely beat it depending on how it goes. Too bad it only has 12 episodes :(
That being said, I don't know what I'm gonna watch once I finish it. I'm not a weeb so i'm very picky on what I watch. I only like certain animes, particularly romance ones or ones with a strong love story.
4:48 i’ve watched alot of romance anime (including maid-sama that is literally everyones favorite) but THIS. this anime series is always my top favorite no matter what. i don’t know why, i think it because i experienced their love story (including touma) myself... or its just really great. Personally i think putting a harem on a romance list is heresy
I don't think so as long as one girl wins and it's not harem ending, and he makes it clear he's interested in only one girl, not the whole harem.

I still hail Kimi ni Todoke peak romance, my absolute favorite romance manga, and anime. Still, I watched this for more romance anime recommendation, but I watched almost all already, true PAIN.

@Elias Zoumas Yeah, i've found out that many anime have impact on my way of thinking. Kuzu no Honkai made me think of suicide for example. I'm gonna lay off heavy romance drama for the time being, lmao.

White Album 2's the best love triangle romance(and one of the best romance ever depending on your tastes) ever made that many don't even know about. Fight me.

Though remember, despite the anime being a solid adaptation & good on it's own, it's only the Introductory Chapter of a long & highly rated VN. You can find YT read-throughs & maybe some summaries around though.
But even if you ain't a VN guy(me neither, just make some exceptions) , the anime is still worth checking out, as well as some of the WA2 songs you'll find on YT if those are your cup of tea.
3D Kanojo was so good. ngl the ending of season 2 had me in tears.

You marry someone you wanna procreate with and who would make a good life partner. The whole “procreate” part of the equation kind of necessitates physical intimacy.
