Por exemplo: o verbo "to see" pede um objeto. Em português eu posso perguntar, "Você viu o filme?" e você pode muito bem responder, "Vi. Amei!" Em inglês: "Did you see the film?" "Yes, I saw IT. If I had lived in São Paulo, I would be speaking with a Paulista accent.
