Hey Matt, I agree with you on scanning the bar codes.!!! .. I have found tickets that were winners in the trash, over looked just by missing this simple step....Worked out to my advantage once with a 100$ winner...

Bro. Remember what I told you several years ago, about the last # on the ticket being the key to finding the winners on a roll. Right now it's zeros and one. Try to get scratch-offs ending in 0 and 1. 10, 20, 30, 11, 21, 31 etcetera. I've had three massive winners all ending on number one. I've also hit several outliers. Just pay attention to the ending number on the scratch offs and you'll notice they're the same no matter what scratch-off or dollar value ones you play. A few months back 7 and 8's were hot. Good luck.

By the way, the staggered numbers are a security feature, to prevent duplication. By making the numbers in a certain pattern, offset, it makes is much more difficult for someone trying to either manipulate the ticket or duplicate a winner. If a Large Jackpot winner comes forward, the stagger numbers are checked against the printers batch number, as a way to verify authenticity.
