I don't know how I got here but I'm glad I clicked & now a new subscriber. Still an amateur & learning as much as I can to up my editing skills. This is a big help to me and my small little business. Thank you for sharing.
Quinn is always adding more and more value in each tutorial progressively showing how much she strives to teach us the best. There is always so much to learn that i have to make notes hehe 😂. I am eagerly waiting to get my hands on a relative project, when i do, i'll make sure team olufemii is credited before their student's name 🤗
yoo this video is really useful, I'm trying this out on the next videoclip I'm currently making. Most tutorials I'm like 'ehh okay kinda usefull' but this 10/10👌
This is an amazing tutorial. I have a quick question. Quinn mentioned that the footage she was working with was 4k at 120fps. I was wondering, do you work using proxies?
Good tips Quinn Murphy! I sincerely appreciate and love the simplicity of your toturial. Great team collaboration from my one and only Olufemii. Can't wait to be part of the team.
i love it.. i have a question though.. i have an amazing camera that i recently purchased however the learning curve to edit music videos with these new fx plugins on these major editing programs is a hard learning curve. what are your thoughts with using phone app fx on the music videos .. does that lower teh quality or can it be official when done right? what are your thoughts?
depends on your phone. Pretty sure an iphone can hadle 1080 and even 4k. But at the end of the day if you export it in a higher bit rate the quality will be maintained.
When I first started with Adobe 6.0 then moved up to Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 it gave you the option to put a colored border on one side of your video transition example Push or Slide! I can't find anything in Premiere 2022! Okay nice job but how do you put a border on the Video Transition ONLY going from one clip to another?
The time-remap is just letting the frame go by fast, with no frame blending Twixtor : Makes it smoother causes it to blend all movement all in one frame which is pretty neat
Thanks for the tips. I do most of these already but learned a quicker way to do a couple things by watching your video. My only suggestion is, when showing lenses or filters, tell people NEVER TOUCH THE GLASS.
No unnecessary information, just the essentials. Nice job 👍🏼
0:47 - Speed Ramping
3:55 - 3D Echo effect
6:19 - Directional Blur
8:08 - Clone effect
12:12 - Star filter

Quinn mentioned that the footage she was working with was 4k at 120fps. I was wondering, do you work using proxies?
At what FPS did you shoot this music video? is it 24, 30, 60? Appreciate your answer

Directional blur isn’t working for me and I can’t figure out why?!
check that the global fx are turned on.
hi sir! can you do 3 video editors editing a random video into a great video piece :) where they showcase there style of editing :)
How do you do that like drunk blurr edit ? I don’t know if I explained it right but hopefully you know what I’m talking about
bro actually the reason I passed my course
Perfectly
where i can find examples - videos ( clips ) to practise - edit ?!
i'd probably suggest pexels.com for some royalty free footage you can try some of those effects on.
@@HeavyReverb thank u bro
Can you shoot my video for me in the next week? I'll drive to NY if I need to? hmb
Do you have a music video editing course?
i love it.. i have a question though.. i have an amazing camera that i recently purchased however the learning curve to edit music videos with these new fx plugins on these major editing programs is a hard learning curve. what are your thoughts with using phone app fx on the music videos .. does that lower teh quality or can it be official when done right? what are your thoughts?

I’m new to shooting videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🎥thank u
Please add time stamps if possible also thanks for the tutorials ❤️
this was so fking helpful
how different that speed effect is from twixtor effect?
The time-remap is just letting the frame go by fast, with no frame blending
Twixtor : Makes it smoother causes it to blend all movement all in one frame which is pretty neat
@@mythvcs how does that differ from optical flow though?
Optical flow is a built in feature....and twixtor is a plugin.....
Still not understood then just learn premiere first
good good
Your system spec pllzzzz....?
your pc setup?
now what is the frame rate of the footage? and did you change the frame rate for the project? just curious
Why emboss and not Chromatic Abberations?
why can you select multple clips and apply effects but i cant never have been able to in premiere??
What’s the video filter? That can’t be raw footy.
This is fuckin fire
Whats the best course to learn from?
Thanks for the tips. I do most of these already but learned a quicker way to do a couple things by watching your video. My only suggestion is, when showing lenses or filters, tell people NEVER TOUCH THE GLASS.
you can touch the glass, just wipe it after
