Mutton Kurma/Qurma
Is an aromatic Indian gravy dish made with mutton, or chicken or vegetables with added yogurt, nuts, coconut.
Based on the region, the ingredients used to make kurma recipes are different.
This is the authentic way we made in our village and in Muslim marriage functions. Rowther style mutton kurma.
ingredients
mutton 1kg
1cup yogurt
2 tabpn ginger garlic paste
2tspn pepper/white
1tspn currypowder
pinch of tumeric
1tspn garam masala
2medium size onion
1 light green tomato
salt to tast
ghee and oil
grind into paste
5 to 6 badam
5 to 6 cashews
mint leaves
1cup coconut
1tsp kas kas
