I wish these kinds of videos and information on the internet would stop saying "painless" lumps and lymph nodes. Most breast cancer stories that I hear about now, there was some form of pain associated with the first symptoms.

I also felt little sensation but my lymph node is pea shaped and not growing

I consulted and was ignored ..shame arms symptoms wasn't clearly discussed as a symptom. What a serious thing to not know by ones doctor.
Ask for another doctor. Get a second opinion. You need to be your own advocate!
