Masterminded by my friend Eyder, I'm offering this new 200W build with my take on the Marshall factory mods requested by Ritchie Blackmore back in 69/70. Only one available and ready to ship. Fully custom made with audio grade components and Mercury Magnetics transformers. Cabinet is a millimetric reproduction of the original by Peter Mather, one of the top builders in the US.
As a bonus it has a stock Major input so it's kind of two amps in one. You can either plug into the Blackmore input or a stock Major input.
Use it with the MK2 booster to get the Gillan-era sound, or with the TP1011 as in the video for MK3 and Rainbow tones. Please comment if interested!

Max this is by far the best sounding version of made in europe burn that I have heard. Better than any record, this amplifier is unreal!!!! Among many other things, I am very curious to see how the columns of the acropolis (600 meters from my house) will fare with the new kid in the block when you build me mine. Cheers!!!!!

Majors are kind of the forgotten Marshall... With as many companies out there making Plexi clones I don't think I've seen any offer their take on a Major.

Sounds great! Question: does Ritchie play the G on the low E string 3rd fret every turn on the riff or does he alternate with a G on open D and G string?
Thanks! Yes, the G is always played on the E string, no DG chord. Pay attention also to the last three notes of the riff E > D > CF chord. E and D are single notes. A common mistake everybody does is playing those as chords instead. You have to slide up the index finger from the F on the A# chord and pull off the open D string before hitting the final C chord. Tricky at first but easy once you get it right. Mostly upstrokes, it's the only way to play this riff correctly. Here's that part on the video: ruclips.net/video/x6iV6PGwH78/видео.html

So great Blackmore-tone. 10/10!!! But is it possible to achieve also with low volume level or does it always require an AIWA booster?
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. The amp by itself can't deliver this sound as Blackmore used the AIWA preamp at all times (or the modded Hornby Skewes during the previous Gillan era). It needs to be played at high volumes. However this build in particular has a boosted input that can be used without pedals, but it's a different tone than the "Blackmore" side.
Did Coverdale compliment your intro by saying “rock and roll”? JK. Made in Europe was one of my first if not the first DP records and that intro lives deep in my memory
