Okay, I said that because, for some reason, the first time I watched it I got the impression that you had ended it with eight beats of Dsus4, but I realized from re-watching it that you ended with eight beats of a D open chord instead. This is less of an outright error, but it's still not quite accurate to the original song. In the original, a background vocalist sings the final syllable on the note G4 for four beats, then moves down to F#4 and continues singing the syllable for four beats more. This means that the final chord, rather than being D open for eight beats, is Dsus4 for four beats followed by four beats of D Major.
Part of the reason I'm being so nit-picky about this is that this resolution is one of my favorite little bits of this song.
