At 01:50 Okayu plays a +4 card and picks red with only one card left in her hand. The color stays red until it's her turn again... and then she draws cards. Not sure if Okayu just did an oopsie without telling anyone or maybe she really wanted to take the punishment for losing (without making it too obvious that she actually wanted to lose on purpose). Really wish we had Okayu's POV for this but all I can do now is make up my own headcanon. EDIT: Not even sure if you can draw voluntarily even though you could play a card... if you can't then Okayu just did a silly mistake I guess.
I would have 100% enjoy the clip.....if it wasn't for the game itself, theres no such thing as house rules so you can pass the buck with the draw cards with even more draw cards
funfact: mio-mama is right, with enough money you can do whatever you want. even your own countries laws no longer apply. that is true for every single country on this planet, aswell as every and all rich folk. that wasnt much of a "fun" fact. but a fact nonetheless.
