I don't choose proper size it is just adjust itself as i did set in the theme customization

There is no featured image icon. Infact not sure if it’s an update but all of these tutorials look nothing like the new Wordpress. These old tutorials are virtually useless now. Please provide updated instructions or delete your vid. At the very least a disclaimer that it is for old version would be nice.
