Well done both of you🤜🤛🙂
Thank you Kevin.
Cracking season of 5k's for you 2 this summer, well done 😃
Yes enjoying it. Even more so now they are over in 20 mins 😉
Great to meet you both! 😀my sister lives in Lyme Regis and we are often 'Parkrun pals' ! And she has suggested Exmouth! Well done on your runs too! 🏃🏼♀️🏃♂️
Thank you, Julia. Exmouth is fast, especially if the wind is right... Seaton, which is closer to Lyme and your sister, most probably has done, was an interesting course starting and finishing on the shingle. 🙂
@@tworunningbrooms yes! Rosy has told me about the shingle!!! And suggested I'd enjoy Exmouth more! 👌😀🏃🏼♀️
Nice place to run
Yes, lovely. 🙂
Felixstowe is a fast flat seafront parkrun but it is always windy when I go there! Have you done Gorleston ? Small climb but fast course. You really have transformed yourself this year John! Well done to both of you as always 😊
Thank you Sandra. It's been a long hard road. Hopefully a lot more to come.
Great running and all that, but that Bob Dylan reference! 👍
As soon as I thought about running into the parking meter, it had to be done 🙂
You left the humour late this week 😉 Well done guys 👏
Natural comic timing. It happens when it happens 😉
Well done! Best for x years is something us 50 plus masters say in lieu of PBs :) 31st on my UK fastest/slowest so yeah on a good day would be more as quick as any. I have been there but never for parkrun so one to check out for a sure.
Given the dismal previous four years I hope for a lot of `fastest time since' races upcoming.
Come and do penrith park run
It’s a quick one 😊
Must make a journey up there at some point.
@@tworunningbrooms make for a good video , up in the lakes - perhaps on the fells after park run
Amazing running from both. You are great runner. How do you pick your parkrun each week
Depends on where we are in the country and whether we want a fast or scenic run. How is your running going?
@@tworunningbrooms I have done 106 park run 104 locations been struggling with left leg I am lot slower because of weak left leg
@bertiepowell3027 sorry to hear about the leg. Hope it's something that's short-lived!
@@tworunningbrooms sorry had over two years
