Hi Sandra, I'm really glad you enjoyed the video. I did record the footage for part 2, but sadly some of it was corrupted and I couldn't edit/create part 2 for this video. Please see my Blackberry Wine Videos for more detailed brewing instructions. The process is very similar. ruclips.net/video/8fq4gfZOHXM/видео.html ruclips.net/video/d456b3fD7Xg/видео.html Happy Brewing!! Hairy Jon.
This video is great and detailed, it would be very helpful to see the results! Many thanks.

Any tips on how to clear plum wine as it is a fibrous fruit and doesn,t clear well.
You have to filter the wine after primary fermentation, then let it clear for a month or two. You get crystal clear wine this way.
How long do we need to keep in fermentation process to make it drinkable
I feel like I just wasted my time because I can't see the end result
Atleast 3 months for best results. Fermentation completes in few weeks but you need clear looking and best tasting wine. That takes some time.
I cant fine second part
Can you do the same with frozen blackberrys aswell ?
To make plum wine nobody say what amount sugar water and yeast should be as per kg plum
You sanitized not sterilized....
