@@valeska3720 Damien Darhk is one of My Favorite Antagonists. Neil McDonough did a Phenomenal Performance. But Damien Darhk’s character was a Love/Hate character on Arrow and I even held a grudge against him for killing Laurel Lance. His character did get better on Legends of Tomorrow. To Me Vandal Savage and Damien Darhk are very underrated villains in The Arrowverse so I had to decide here to put them either Ninth or Tenth Place.

Personally Prometheus was better than Malcolm just for the sole reason that Adrian actually managed to literally break Oliver to his lowest, although Malcolm was definitely a much more complex character especially with Thea
