You envy us? For moving again? 😉 It'll be nice once we have moved in and made it homey. Right now it isn't looking too great... I feel like prices are similar. Our rent would've gone up and the prices we saw this month aren't that much cheaper than what we saw 1,5 years ago.
Haha, with the frequency I'm moving that doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. If all goes to plan, this will be the last place we're moving to in China.

Rent in Beijing is increasing，however，hutong may not be a clean and easy place to live for most Beijing people！
It's the first time I'll be living in a real hutong. I'm excited to be part of the community.

@@GoYvon 不知道你是不是在市区工作，我在昌平住了十年。当然不是住在昌平县城里，而是周边村子，交通足够方便，村子里也比较清净，还有院子，每天晚上吃完饭洗完澡，出去溜个湾别提多舒服了
