• Is HRT good for heart ...
You're both wonderful, thank you for serving women
Many clinicians refuse to give HRT because of increased risk of stroke and one clinician said the study saying hrt protects against HA has been debunked! It’s so confusing. You really must educate yourself so you can advocate for yourself!
Thanks for the info!
Just googled the statin she recomends and its been discontinued here in the UK because of high instances of rabdo, inflation of the muscles. Statins are not anti inflammatory if the cause inflammation in muscles your heart is a muscle.
Excellent information. Thank you!🙏🏽
This speaks to my heart! Risk mitigation is so important!
Great information! Thank you!
I can't believe these two ladies never heard of WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED DIET. It reverses cardiovascular diseases, HC, HB, and diabetes. More effective than Mediterranean diet.
Yes!! Dr Caldwell Esselstyn’s book “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease”. Life saver. Diet works!! It’s the food. And “The Starch Solution”. Disappointed this was so much about “just take statins”.
My doctor told me the estrogen has nothing to do with elevated cholesterol!
I wanted to ask this Dr about some research I read about how very high levels of good HDL cholesterol can be a bad thing for women. Is that right? I do have high levels of HDL genetically plus I follow a meditarrean diet that helps and I though the higher the better, but apparently not? Any insight on that?
No one talks about that estrogen will increase your uterine lining even while on progesterone. Your uterus can be under 4mm prior to starting HRT, but 6 months in it, it's at 9mm and you're bleeding. I'm told even after the bleeding stops and testing, it can stay at 9mm. This is alarming. Even if the progesterone has been increased, you can still have a thick lining. You end up spending a lot of th time completing annoying and painful procedures.
If HRT is anti inflammatory, doesn't that reduce the risk of cholesterol problems? 😊xx
I enjoyed this and good info…besides the repeated..”again” from her.
