For one, our MamaRoo 2013 model had that very same loose sensor-to-PCB connector, causing the "OBSTRUCTION" error. Also, one of the sideways pointing fixation pins for holding one of the large (vertical motion supporting) springs was broken off. We were able to repair it with a simple M4 bolt with hex nut and plastic O-ring -- mounting that spring in the original position. Thanks for this video. Great help!
Thanks for the Clarification. Its pretty annoying to have to tear something like this apart to fix a problem that should have been avoided in the first place!
Just wanted to thank you for this video which helped me out alot. In my case there literally was an obstruction in the form of some detritus stuck in the primary worm gear ⚙️
Thank you! My problem was one of the wheels was off the track so it would stop going almost immediately after starting it, just something else to check for others
There's another sensor under the back side of the part that goes up and down looks like a little computer chip with a white plastic thing holding it in place. Under that sensor is a bigger version of the black wheel with the white squares where that belt goes on the motor. That's where my problem lied and I'm just letting anyone else know on all these videos Ive used to get to fixing my issue. Open to messages if need be... Thanks
How were you able to get the larger black pully to come off? I had the entire thing apart and couldn't figure out how to remove it. I even tried to force it off but didn't want to break it. Any help would be appreciated.
So, a big reason why these don’t work is because the sensor above the black wheel at the bottom is an ir reader. Over time, the white paint on top of the wheel fades off and the sensor can no longer accurately read the speed of the motor, causing intermittent shutting down. Hope this helps someone.

Just like you showed I did a clean up of the sensors and it solved the problem. Thank you!

You forgot one vital bit... there's a sensor on.the wheel that drives the motor... the belt was stretched on my unit causing the obstruction error

Does that mean it's beyond fixing when that happens?
@@DaisyYee-mo3ov When this happens, you can color over the faded spots with white out or a paint pen and it should come right back to life
Thanks bud appreciated!
