@@hassanjamal4212 this is sheeps fat which in punjabi is called chaki and urdu called laat or charbi,which is used instead of oil for inhancing the taste.

@@hassanjamal4212 if u live abroad offcourse u can use oil as animal fats aren't available still will be tasty but if cooked in animals fats its even better.Very easy to cook ,enjoy

This is really an authentic recipe. I lived in Peshawar and had it many times. It is really made like this. I also make it like this.

I am from India ,I tried Pakistan non veg dishes when in Saudi and I liked it a lot
As an Indian, It is almost impossible for me to visit Pakistan and enjoy it's culture and food in person. Heard a lot about this shop and the stoner owner. Will definitely try to make this at home. Hope you will bring more recipes from there. ❤️

Not impossible bro. Hopefully in the near future when BJP is gone, there'll be a fresh wave of friendship between Pakistan and India. I wish congress was in power during Imran Khan's era. Bjp is just too hostile towards Pakistan honestly.

...I tried it with mustard oil once, and another time, with ghee...both were extremely delicious, and since I have no reference as to the authentic mutton charssi, I am now looking around to find a restaurant that serves it...
