Dunno if anyone gives a shit but if you guys are stoned like me atm you can watch pretty much all the latest series on Instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my gf lately =)
I'm have a problem with everything lining up when I multiple items: first I raster after I that I vector cut but they dont line up is there a way i can fix this ?
I followed this exactly the way you showed but when n I hit stroke fill, nothing happens. The dashed lines don’t change and when I click off of it, the object disappears. Can you please make a suggestion. Thanks.
in my documents property box. I am showing the same content but, I am showing scale other than resize page to content. I like your work area better. hoe do I get it?
Just watched this video. Great explanations! You said there would be a part 2 about the laser cutting but I can’t find the video. Did you actually make a second part?
There isn't a second part but we are currently in the process of revamping these tutorials so be on the lookout for more soon. Is there a specific questions you were wanting to get an answer too?
@@inventables hi just seen your video on how to use inkscape on how to cut a keychain, ive saved my file and wating for the next video on what to do to laser cut it ?
Can anybody tell me how to set an order to laser cut objects. How can I tell inkscape to cut this object first, this second and so on. I need to tell inkscape to cut from the inside to the outside of the drawing. Can someone make a video about it ? Cheers !

I'm fairly new to laser engraving/cutting but you can change the color of the lines and assign each color a function. For example, a red line might be assigned to cut, but a blue line to "scan" or "fill". Then you can adjust the order in which these actions happen but moving them up or down in your controller software (RDWorks, Lightburn, etc.). Hope this helps.
Thank you. Yours is the first video where youve talked through to a newbie like myself. Hopefully ive done it right now myself haha x

if my measurements are all in MM, must the cut line be in PX or will .1mm suffice?
