just follow this method 100% works fr all....
1.download the SP Flash Tool V5.1352.01
2.select the scatter file from your original rom
3.go to "options" in the flash tool-options-connections-battery-select W/O battery
4.now go back and click on download and after that connect ur phone WITHOUT BATTERY to pc via usb cable and then just wait for few min. till the flashing over...... and after flashing disconnect phone from pc and then just start the phone1 and just ur done hope it helps

If DRAM fails then you can't revive it. Sorry hard brick is unfixable. Soft-brick is fixable.
hi! I have a hard bricked s4 clone with mt6572 Soc . it's no charging or turn on but my flashtool is known as MTK USB device without battery but it is'nt jump to EMMC mode when I put in the battery its searching too and the windows write unknown USB device I try a lot of drivers. Have you any tip what can I do with this phone?
Try keep charging about hour with power supply, not usb. Then try flash again.
I also faced this same error. In my case I renamed the Firmware folder, as the error stated, it failed to find the correct folder. So that I renamed that folder back to Firmware and this time flashing worked.

Guys, I'm not specialist, but you need reinstal preloader I think.
Try to find preloader.bin file for your phone model ( full stock firmaware with scatter and other files is better ) and flash only preloader next.
After that you can flash all other parametrs, but not botoloader. Found on Russian forum, sorry for my English

Hi,No worries, If you are using p55 novo then try to download v1037 version from androidmtk.com.You can see two files. One is for EB-90S53P55 v1027 and another v 1037.
Download the second one in a fresh folder and move all previous files and setup to some other folder.A FRESH START AS YOU DID BEFORE.Patiently wait until OK with green indication.EXIT FROM SP FLASHDISCONNECT THE USB CABLE.Press the power button as usual. That's it. Finished.I SOLVED IT.
IF YOU ARE USING ANOTHER PHONE, TRY DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF ROM.

I have a solution, get/borrow an exact phone back it up using mtk droid tools and then restore the backup to your phone. It should work but only if you have someone you can borrow from.

these are common problems when flashing MT65xx based phones,
ie : error 4008, 4xxx, 5xxx whatever those codes mean, no explanation after extensive search on google.
once I managed to flash this one phone successfully, but I don't know exactly what I did.
as long as I recall, I tried to delete the whole flashtool folders, re-extract them, let the phone cool down a bit
and oh, try to press volume up, or down button (varies on devices) while connecting to USB, once the flashing progress bar starts, release the button.
In the flashtool option, at the OPTIONS-->DA DOWNLOAD ALL-->, check WITHOUT BATTERY.
and in the option, DA DOWNLOAD ALL--> SPEED, check DO NOT SWITCH SPEED.
try flashing your phone without battery inserted, it works many times for me.
NOTE : BEWARE, flashing your MTK65xx based phone, sometimes this tool tried to REMOVE YOUR PHONE's IMEI information, so take caution !
I haven't managed how to prevent IMEI removal when flashing those phones, because I'm not a developer.

thanks but explain briefly .. i don't think recovery is the problem in this case .
uninstall all the drivers and reinstall them again. download another recovery.img because most error occurs for using rom which are not intended for your phone.

1/ download the SP_Flash_Tool_V3.1344 open the programme and chose the right preloader for your phone
2/ plug your battery in and press the volume up + buton
3/ flash your phone

'Hello, after 3 days of trial I finally managed to flash my lenovo p780
(4GB) that was in this condition. More or less I did what is described
in most forums, the differences between the successful attempt and the
previous ones were the following.
1. I used SPflash tools v5 (the latest I found)
2. I used a ROM version (I think) close to the original one .My phone
had a number 140421 at the lower part of the battery, I downloaded
P780_ROW_S226_140919_Rooted_SPFlash_TWRP
3. I connected the phone which was turned off,after pressing 'download'
at the SPFlash menu. After connecting it I did not press any buttons,
just waited for about 30 sec
4. Compared to the video, I had chosen the Options/Download/DL DA all
with checksum.
5. Before flashing I assosiated the .bin files of the downloaded ROM
with the flash tools (right click on file, properties, opens with etc)
6. The whole process was done OFFLINE
