I counted the statistics for the video 101 Total Deaths (2 Hospital Workers, 21 Civilians, 68 Police Officers) His rampage lasted 11 Minutes and 35 Seconds, from 0:29 (his first kill) to 12:04 (his last kill) His wanted status lasted 12 Minutes and 29 Seconds from 0:41 to 13:10. The average time span between each death was about 6.88 seconds (All of these people I have confirmed dead, by watching them die or seeing them get shot in the head. My total count may not be accurate, as I could have missed a few people, and there is quite a few who I am uncertain lived or died.) (I also did this because I can lol)
I will make other GTA videos and will upload it on the day during the break between GTA 5 videos, if possible. I can say for sure that one such video will be at least once a week :)

True, but as Niko I also don't want to touch the innocent peds, the problem is in GTA 4 there are no mods-tools for creating your own maps with gangsters that you can fight, so I have to attack civilians in GTA 4 🙃

Gta iv makes the scene with blood on the walls and dead civilians in the hospital makes this really depressing tbh. Gta v wouldn't have that effect (because of how absurd the gun modifications are and just the overall feel of gta v)
I used to enjoy throwing a few Molotov cocktails into the reception seating area as I entered the hospital just so the burns ward had something to keep them busy.
In gta5 they will rappel from police maverick which looks very awkward. They should rapell from annihilator in gta5 because it has noose logo. And the police maverick is used by the lspd or lssd. I tried to replace police maverick with annihilator but sadly the helicopter wont spawn and it is very hard coded thing.
