I know most advise not getting on, but I been fascinated with capuchins for a long time. I’m autistic and don’t work. Could you point me in the right direction on getting one.
NEVER get a capuchin monkey if you don't work in a reserve/zoo/whatever AND are around trained professionals with years of experience! These are highly intelligent and sensitive creatures that can't have their needs met in any home environment. As cute as they are, maintain that fascination from a distance. It'll save you a lot of money and frustration, and you won't be robbing a creature of the better life it deserves.
Compared to a cat or a dog domestic animal what are the differences of raising them I'm noticing the diaper needed when in public? Special diets bathing stuff like that? I'm asking because I'm considering getting one. And thank you so much for making this awesome video.
Sir my uncle had one of these babies and totem- in zoo in Wilmington North Carolina that is now tregembo zoo and his name was Kelly like me and he would get up on my uncle Jerry's head and literally Rock back and forth pulling his hair out, so yes I don't recommend these as pets as cute as they are, the mom had pushed it out so that the dad would not kill it and he used to sit on my uncle's head LMAO however when I seen that I did not ask to hold him even though we had the same name
