I love hearing those cicadas. For me, it's one of the best sounds in the world. So calming, peaceful, and alive. We have them in abundance in the South (United States), and it's one of the few things that I love about the region.
@@alessandravalmadre7512 @Alessandra Valmadre Hi! I'm not the original commenter, but I believe they mean the Southeastern USA. I live in that region (Tennessee) and we have cicadas. I love hearing them! They're one of the markers of summer for me. (That and the ridiculous humid heat 🥵) Southwest USA is more desert-like (California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico). I used to live in Southern California (oceanic climate since we were on the coast, climate-wise I think similar to the Mediterranean) and I don't remember hearing cicadas there.
Sooo...can I trade places with this couple yesterday? Heh, what a gorgeous setup, to be surrounded by such gifts of nature. It must be so regenerative to live there and experience that level of peace and tranquility.

You are not alone either Lily! I am leaving a comment above but, I design Intentional Communities, Farms, Gardens, Pools, Landscapes. Was certified as an "Eco-Logical Business" with City of Portland and gave some well attended seminars at college on all this. And, whenever I have needed to hire Design Assistants always receive many applications from very cool younger people (often college students) who are doing their share of "bingeing" also and interested to learn.

Beyond my intelligence and comprehension but...Bryce in all of your years of videos this is absolutely on my list of favorites!!! God bless you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️Stay safe 🙏🙏
So cool! The roof access and that great veranda are my favorite parts, and all that kitchen storage is great. The humans seem very thoughtful and impressive, but the real star here is the big shaggy dog, though the last shot of the napping kitty almost swayed me.
Bryce: Love the exterior and can't wait to see the interior. Can we take a look? Home owner: Sure! *Cue welcoming, dreamy, lullaby-like music that makes you feel like you're being transported into the space with them!* Love the design of this house by the way.

I design (for many years & many, many 100's of projects) Landscapes, Swimming Pools, Organic Farms & Gardens, Intentional Communities, Lakes, Ponds, Greenhouses, entry roads, watering systems, orchards, etc. most anything outdoors. In San Diego now but in RV large RV so can work mobile too. Many years in Oregon (Certified Ecological Business there, 60+ projects on Maui and 6-7 other states. Beginning planning now on 2-3 Communities with features similar to this but, adding common large kitchens & common buildings and of course with food grown on site! Thank you for the service you provide with you video channel.

A lot of people now prefer living in rural than in cities. It is less stressful in rural. We will surely share this video with our customers for them to get awesome ideas from you. Thanks for this video!
Bryce...you are by far my favorite tiny home person to watch. You don't actually focus exclusively on the home itself as much as the reason behind why they made those choices and how well it works, what problems they had finding a place, what hasn't worked, what has...and even more importantly that these people doing this aren't simply doing it for financial reasons but trying to be healthier, more environmentally friendly and to me the most important reason getting back to our roots and being able to take back our ability to be self reliant, having the ability to support ourselves and our environment instead of relying on a Government that seems to want to either go back to socialism or a form of indentured servitude of the no longer middle class as the hard working poor.
I sm absolutely in love of this tiny house. I am jealous of how wonderful and sustainable they are living, but I am also glad that there are people out there in the world who are doing their part. Thanks for sharing!
True to her values, that really says it all, they are honest to themselves and as a couple as well, they have it all and a beautiful home and lifestyle to share with the grands and friends...blessed for sure...!

Beautiful home. It made my heart squish seeing the kitty and puppies all lounging on the deck together. That garden is incredible.
I love hearing those cicadas. For me, it's one of the best sounds in the world. So calming, peaceful, and alive. We have them in abundance in the South (United States), and it's one of the few things that I love about the region.
Yes, it's such a nice sound!! I love it too! It's the sound of summer
Hahaha. People might be lining up for that! Glad you enjoyed the video.
I was also just so taken in by the it peaceful presence. Such contentment in their voices. It's just so encouraging to see people living like this, encourages me to work towards what I really want even more.
Rasa, your videogrpahy skills are just incredible. that shot at 13:50 of the landscape is stunning and more. Incredible home ans the location is beautiful.
They are gorgeous and good on them for living in line with their values!
One of the most beautiful tiny house on RUclips and it's not over $100, 000!
I agree! I’ve watched a lot of tiny house videos, but if I could pick one it would probably be this one.
I've watched over 200 now, and this one is probably in my top 3. It's just so nice on every level.
$104K
Wow 😮❤ That's basically my dream. Once I finish building my container home I'll have time to focus on gardening and growing food 👍
I think a lot of people share that dream with you! All the best with your container home. Let us know how your build goes!
The Coronavirus made this very apparent. We all need to have a certain degree of responsiblity for growing our own foods.
@@livingbig thanks and your video series has inspired me to start this DIY journey. Thanks and good luck!
@@nhankhuu5643 I think its definitely made some rethink how they sustain themselves
Everyone in these videos are so friendly and they're very smart, choosing to base their lives around new eco-friendly solutions. I love these videos, they help me imagine my own tiny house and they also calm me down after school. I've definitely been bingeing them haha. Keep doing what you're doing Bryce, your content is amazing!
Have you also noticed how nice all the people commenting are too? I've never seen a channel with as many positive people in the comments (with perhaps the possible exception of Yes Theory. They're pretty positive too. ^^ )
@@goulash75 yes ikr people are so nice in these comments, there's almost no hate! It's great to see!
@@goulash75 I think that just the majority of people who watch content like this are more grounded, live more sustainably and have a more relaxed lifestyle. Because of their different view on living.
@@marieselfer6621 I already left a couple comments on this post but I would agree! I work in design of projects like this but it's always nice to see what other people are doing.
I am just blown away by what they have created, and they seem like the perfect couple. We all should take a page from there book.
I love that they have 2 doggos and a kitty living with them as well, they'd love this lifestyle!
Hello Susan how are you doing!!
that landscape was so mesmerizing - rays of sun shining through the clouds on lush green fields! OMG beautiful cinematography!
Agreed. I can't remember ever seeing that combo before, and this seemed so well done. Love it!
Anum i love you
Agree, but they also have some wicked snakes and spiders lol.
I love the stair placement. Such a great way to have stairs yet get full access to the width of the home.
I really like the chairs in their outside room
Best quarantine ever
What a perfect lifestyle! I'm teary eyed and a bit jealous. They are a example of living harmoniously with the Earth that not enough of the world's population are doing. PLASTIC BAGS AND CONTAINERS MUST GO! Such an inspiration. Thank you Brice...again !
I couldnt have a week without hearing you, while coming into the home, saying "This is lovely!"
I love this house. It’s practical and peaceful. Plus, I love the lady’s dress. 😊❤️
Tiny houses are evolving to be beautiful havens of rest.
Wow.. it's so calming there and I love the spiritual vibe I'm getting, that lady is like a real life Disney princess ha she just has a certain flow.. I'd love to sit on the roof looking at the stars 🤩
Avid fan here! Truly love the ambiance and the spectacular view. Amazing videos!
Just discovered this channel yesterday afternoon and I couldn't count how many videos I already watched. 😬 Takes away my stress and anxiety this quarantine has brought. 😌😌😌 I want my own tiny house someday. 😊
Sounds like you have been converted and thats awsome 👍
Same! I think the only videos I haven’t watched are old ones and box cart/plant houses
Lucky me..... I am going to have one very soon if things go smoothly the way I am planning! 😍
Try watching:
CHATEAU DIARIES

The owners make it so interesting.
It’s an inspiring channel that just *resonates* with your being 💕
Stunning, indeed! How wonderful: good home, good work, good people. Thanks so much, Bryce & Rasa & Benjamin.
Thanks so much Mara! Glad you enjoyed the video. :)
Who's Benjamin?
@@wozawzky -- He edits with Rasa (check the info above).
This is a gorgeous house and lifestyle! This couple is really remarkable.
is it just me or all the people who live and shown in these videos are real down to earth !
Soft spoken and humble.
It will feel so cozy having ur coffee and watching rain.. Feeling that cool breeze.. 😍
What a find! I love that there are people quietly going about creating their lives to match their values and loves. Thank you Bryce and Rasa, for sharing the inspiration you find, and doing it so beautifully. 🥰
It extremely soothing to see the people with simple lifestyle with so much hassle going on around us every single day in this age. Thanks.
That deck and view are goals, no matter if I end up living in a regular home or tiny I want that.
Amazing, happy that you both can live your best lives. Enjoy.
Beyond my intelligence and comprehension but...Bryce in all of your years of videos this is absolutely on my list of favorites!!! God bless you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️Stay safe 🙏🙏
Hello Karen how are you doing!!
So cool! The roof access and that great veranda are my favorite parts, and all that kitchen storage is great. The humans seem very thoughtful and impressive, but the real star here is the big shaggy dog, though the last shot of the napping kitty almost swayed me.
Hello Lora how are you doing!!
I will watch this again & again. A beautiful home. A beautiful couple. A beautiful Vision ❤
Bryce: Love the exterior and can't wait to see the interior. Can we take a look? Home owner: Sure! *Cue welcoming, dreamy, lullaby-like music that makes you feel like you're being transported into the space with them!* Love the design of this house by the way.
I like this couple the way they talking with Bryce. And of course the house and the its landscape too.
Can't believe they are grandparents - looking so young - love the place in nature with cat and dogs :-)
Absolutely the dream!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
That roof hatch out of the loft is a stroke of genius!!!
this is honestly one of the best tinyhouse setups... two spacious lofts woah
Great video! One of the best looking "food forest" approaches I have seen.
My day ending up with your video. This is the medicine for my good sleep and sweet dreams ❤❤
I think I say this every-time, but I think this is my favorite tiny house! I love the surrounding nature and that beautiful porch! Just marvelous and breathtaking! Thanks for showing us these amazing houses and people! ❤️
This has got to be one of my favourites. Reducing plastic especially single use plastic is so important I’m so glad it’s an issue that’s gathering more awareness now. And that veranda! Beautiful.
That deck is everything!✨
One of my favourite tiny homes.
We have same things in common. I love home gardening, planting vegetables and have some flowers. I'm from Philippines.
Welp this is my plan for how I want to live now. They make it look so simple! I can’t wait to one day have a place similar to this that I can call my own!
I am in love, with the house and the enchanting garden. Take care, be safe and lots of love from the Netherlands🇱🇺🍀
Thanku Bryce for this wonderful video. Such a lovely home with a lovely couple with great environment values 👍🌸🌈☀️🦋🐝😁
You're so welcome! Glad you enjoyed the tour.
A lot of people now prefer living in rural than in cities. It is less stressful in rural. We will surely share this video with our customers for them to get awesome ideas from you. Thanks for this video!
What a lovely couple in a dreamy environment ! 👏🏻👏🏻💗💕
Probably the best design I’ve seen yet. Full bath, full kitchen, nice kitchen bar, and 2 loft areas - awesome layout!
We had a lot of fun putting this design together x Kirra and Anthony
I love the use of space in this house , the deck ,the bathroom , fully opening skylight, the windows along the kitchen, the water tank, YES
The concept of this tiny house, including the food forest, is my dream habitat.
I really love the house. ❤️
Amazing camera and editing work as always! And this tiny house is so well designed, would love to live in one like this!
If everyone and I mean everyone could have this, think of how peaceful most of us would be. Lovely and thanks for sharing!
Hello Anna how are you doing!!
I LOVE that quilt/blanket downstairs!!! Beautiful!!
Hello Susie how are you doing!!
This house, the owners and the land gives me such a good vibe.I got so much energy for the day after watching this.
that makes me smile :) thank you
I love how the house blends in with the landscape!
It's also amazing that they are growing their own food!
Me and my wife love your channel first off, But this couple this house the way they are so tuned in to their land was just amazing. One of the best we ever have seen . Thank you so much for bringing such a good vibe into our lives, best wishes to you and yours !!!
What a beautiful paradise they’ve created here. It’s gorgeous and has warm loving energy ✨✨✨
I simply do not understand how anyone can thumbs down any of these videos
WOWSA. Inspirational on so many levels. This was a gift to watch ... thank you!
Fantastic deck, love the huge daybed. Wonderful gardens too. Totally agree with the concept of changing water processing toilets to compost or incinerated versions for all Australian homes. No more clogged pipes due to baby wipes!
