Good to have you back... over the past few years you have provided me with motivation and have been a huge inspiration, with your help, finally I had the courage to sign up for my first ultra, Catamount 50 K ( VT) coming in June. A good warm up 30k Gunstock, NH) in May will be perfect to get me ready, thanks!
Good talk about sustaining pace up hill… I think we have the mindset that we just have to power up the whole way.

Love these videos. I’m not much of a trail runner (yet?) but these videos always inspire me to try more. Also my 6 year old son loves the music. He’s currently jamming out to it.
