For the girl whose husband has been dealing with the issue of lust even after deliverance .. what if you tried to go into the heavenly courts and call into record the repentance that has been previously made and let that speak for him in the courts. I’m watching a series on RUclips from Robert Henderson called Courts of Heaven and he is talking about if prayer and deliverance doesn’t work then you need to take it to court.
Isaiah can you speak on the subject of fasting? I’ve backslid and everytime I’ve found myself backsliding it’s always been during periods of time where I haven’t committed myself to fasting
For people fighting lust in the spirit, if youve had intercourse with anything in your sleep/spirit, try asking Jesus for a divorce. Repent and cancel all vows, oaths or covenants or agreements. Then do your normal deliverance process. The act of the intercourse is an agreement/covenant and you need to break that first.
It was a commandment for Israel and those living with them. We don't follow those commands according to the letter. But we know the heart of God through that law, that He cares that we have at least a day of rest from work. He cares that we don't overwork our employees or ourselves or family members and that we slow down and have time to focus on Him. That kind of compassion is written on our hearts under the new covenant. Jesus has become also a spiritual type of sabbath rest for us who trust in Him for salvation. It would likely do us good, not harm, to keep Sabbath, if the Lord puts it on our hearts to do so - even if for a season - but only if we don't get rigid about it or begin to think salvation is dependent on it in a legalistic way.
He needs professional help. Check to make sure they are qualified. They can teach control techniques and make him understand he has a problem. The big issue until he admits and acknowledges his problem he will not get better. Do not put up with lip service.
Yes it's very real. Once you accept Jesus, though, and you experience the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit and His amazing love you can't get enough of it. Haha it's life changing. I pray you find it. He wants relarioship with you!
