A person borrows money four separate occasions within 14 monthsand gives two cheques for every borrowing. Can one complaint be filed for all the 8 cheques.
Sir as per section 220(2) criminal misappropriation of property committed against "A" person and breach of trust committed against "B" person and falsification of account committed against "C" person so then may it charged at one charge and tried at one trial?? Pls give me reply
