I used resize 1300% in slicer. But if you don't have this option, multiply size value to 13.

My assembly didn’t work the black pieces were just too big and nothing fitted

I'm sorry your assembly didn't work out 😢. What material did you use? I used ABS for the black part and PETG for the yellow part. At first, I also had difficulties with the fitting part, but after I started using the heat gun, it worked out. Another thing I changed was the infill to 5% gyroid.
