Absolutely amazing BAKED cream puffs | Cooking with Kubíček #53

For Sunday lunch I cooked delicious French potatoes. French potatoes are baked potatoes with cream, eggs and smoked meat. This delicious dish takes approximately 90 minutes to prepare and I cooked the meal for 6 people.
Ingredients:
potatoes 1,2 kg
3 eggs
smoked neck meat 400 g
eydam 30% 100g
cream 33% 0,5 l
broth 0.1 l
onion 1 pcs
garlic 2 cloves
lard 30 g
butter
salt
pepper
nutmeg
chives (parsley)
