Do you still use this hub ? Do you still advice it or there are better portable ssd hubs?
@funnyway683 this hub is better and potable if you game handheld and docked both. if you play mostly handheld like I do I personally prefer a usb c splitter with charger connected to a external ssd case with USB C which is lighter and more portable so i have extra storage and can charge in parallel. does the dock are blocking the air intakes of the steam deck?
no the there is a space between hub and the steam deck due to the holder installed, so there is no issue of the blocking of ventilation. I hope this video helped. please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos
Does this dock need external power to work or can it work by only connecting the host? I bought this same dock from hagabis on Amazon and it only works if the power is plugged in.
i don’t know if they have versions of this doc but my doc works without external power, and you can charge the console as well when you connect it external power while using the doc. I hope this helps. please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos.
Will it be very hot to use?

Can the Steam Deck handle a Sandisk Ultra 1.5tb SD card. You only mentioned “up to 1tb”.
At the time of this video i guess 1.5 TB SD card were not that common but I guess from system point of view it should be fine upto 2 TB ssd. I hope this helps. please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos
