I felt so honored to stand and sing this song at my first day at OSU. It felt like I was becoming part of an honored brotherhood. Im graduated with my Masters now but when I hear this song, I can't help but sing along with fond memories playing in my head.

And it wasn’t until, I became an OSU student, learned about struggle, learned what it meant to push yourself to greatness. It was only then I realized that being a buckeye was more then football. I know a lot of guys like me are sentimental about the Tressel years. But you can't listen to that famous speech from 2012 with Urban and not get fired up to do everything in life.
Could somebody kindly write down what the man said ? I’m not native, or I can’t understand the detail what he said but I really would like to know them. The my must be impressive.
The speech was intended to be inspirational (and it is in itself), but it soured my enjoyment of the music. The music needs no addition to run chills down my spine. The speech also reminded me why I didn’t follow my father’s footsteps in going to OSU. The obsession with football was too much for me.
I’m glad that a Michigan fan finally gives us credit. Mr Brightside gives me chills though. Good luck Wolverines, you’re gonna need it cuz y’all will be at the Shoe this fall.
