दिल्ली प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय के लिए 22 सितम्बर 2023 का दिन भावनात्मक तौर पर बेहद ख़ास रहा समस्त डी टी यू परिवार, कुलपति महोदय के विदाई समारोह में उपस्थित होकर माननीय कुलपति महोदय को विदाई दी और कुलपति महोदय के सहयोग और साथ में कार्य करने का सभी ने अपना अनुभव और खट्टी मीठी यादों को साझा किया।
और इसी भावभीनी विदाई के साथ साथ दिल्ली प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय के इतिहास में 22 सितम्बर 2023 का दिन और भी ख़ास हो गया, जब दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल और विश्वविद्यालय के चांसलर ने प्रोफ़ेसर यस इंदु जी को दिल्ली प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय के कार्यवाहक कुलपति जिम्मेदारी सौंपी.
