I played this build this current season and the Scoundrels Kiss barely dropped. I got 2 of them the entire season and the stats sucked. I could not get a better ring no matter how hard I tried. The build WAS strong but whenever I used rapid fire I would tell my son it was like the character was urinating lol.
i will start with a rogue, with heartseeker until I can get a good aspect, then hopefully move into barrage to reach 100 on the first day. Windforce + Condemnation will be easy to get and great to finish to end game. Endgame though, I think I will go for Rapid Fire. Rogue is going to be fun this season, no doubt! So many options!!!
One thing I've seen is that barrage and this rapid fire build are crit heavy and heartseeker is vulnerable heavy, so I'd watch for that when building stat wise. Just a helpful thing I noticed.
@@OverkillTBP thanks. I switched to barrage pretty early so it was not a problem. One thing I did discover though was that Windforce was not very good. I got a Skyhunter with the same item power and that did a much better job. Still using it in my 80s.

Sorry but this build is way too specific and would take way too long to get each gear exactly the way you’re telling us to get. This would take way too long to build, especially how difficult it is to get specific affixes you want on each piece of gear. You managed to get really lucky on getting exactly what you need because RNG in every single game is always a bitch. It looks pretty OP in the video though so I’m glad you get to enjoy this setup.
You mentioned smoke screen, but when would you use it and what do you take off for it? dash or shadow step? Just curious,, love your builds and your sense of humor in making the videos!

@@broken_ssr87 play it for a couple days then get back at me. Well, I'm coming from playing a cocaine grapperhopper (lighting sorc). Barrage feels much more fluid and zero delay to wipe mobs. Scoundrels kiss feels slow in comparison.
How important is the Skyhunter unique ability stats? Wondering if I need to find a higher roll closer to 60 or if we are using this only for the 3 main stats
it's very bad now. no crit, bad stats, lose temper and an aspect. gaining additional combo points is also not useful seeing as we attack too fast to even notice
The stats on it are very weak, it got nerfed after the PTR and it was also hard bugged on the PTR. Would need to test it out again to see if it's worth using

Will this aspect change the dmg type of Heartseaker to cold instead of physical? 2. Is it necessary to put points in Cold Imbuement skill? 3. Will it use the setup made on the Cold Imbuement skill?
The boss is dying slow on tier 111. Would a rapid build with poison melt bosses faster? Feels like barb melt everything in seconds so if I cant find a decent rogue build will reroll to barb like i had to do each season since game came out😂

Cowl or shako are the strongest for sure, Cowl for damage and shako for defensives

There's a leveling variant in the planner that you can use until you get scoundrel's kiss
RF without Scoundrel Kiss kinda blows for AoE. There's an aspect but it's meh. Go Barrage or Flurry for leveling.
Yes in the planner you level up with penshot for AOE and RF for single target, then you swap for scoundrel's kiss. It's good for leveling too
Add pen shot with shadow Imbue for aoe while leveling. RF for bosses
