You're actually not supposed to moisturize before any tan, except for on your hands, feet, knees and elbows. Moisturizer will prevent some of the tan from penetrating your skin, so you won't get a deep of a tan.

Unless you use "Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster" with your moisterizer. For my veeeery dry facial skin I use it with La Roche Posay and it works, rest of the body I use whatever I have 😅 And one can never go wrong with the Sol de Janeiro BUMBUM cream to top it off!😁
