Hey guys, In case anyone was curious, this build is named "Reliable TSD" and is invented by a Korean user named Riviclia. He invented other builds such as Number One and Reliable TSD v3.
This factory setup is certainly easy to pick up and develop, but I'm not convinced it's truly viable compared to ST-stacking or other faster, more difficult builds. It also has very few defensive options for when you're getting attacked, and it can leave a huge mess once the factory melts down.
