I have been decluttering the whole house within the last 6 months slowly, omg it's a lot of work, you do not realise how much stuff you have until you start removing it, slowly getting there. Thank you for the advice I have been seeing this number and 111, 1111
What got me off of coffee shop coffee and soda was Kombachas. I get a burst of energy after I drink one. They are so good. At lunch I eat a plain salad. You can do this in baby steps. I have. I used to eat all kinds of junk. I also love to fast. I have been doing that since I was a little girl. I try to eat 2 fried eggs at breakfast and that is it. Off grid with Doug and Stacy on RUclips. They have a video about how Stacy is in her 50's and eats eggs, 1 fermented food or she will drink a kombacha per day, and a big salad. I watched her video after I started my new diet change. That synchronicity helped push me forward. Keep moving forward. We can do this! I believe in you! Go family go!
Yes i felt, saw and hear it coming. The visual records showed me that i will ascend with my spirit brightly like a star through love and positive energy. As long as i follow my heart
This is absolutely amazing I've been making all these small changes and it feels good I lost about 50 pounds making quality friends getting rid of a jerk I was married to 27 yrs making new connection awesome
All my life I knew I was different. I couldn’t understand as a child why I cried so much about EVERYTHING. As a teen I realized that I was absorbing other peoples energy and emotions. In all honesty I’ve been struggling over the last couple weeks. I’ve not seen many signs at all (usually I see several each day) but i mean, I have been busy working as a chef and I suffer with chronic pain and it’s really taking it out of me at the moment. I love my job though, I don’t want to give it up. So will keep trying. Food makes me happy and I get in a flow while cooking. Eating better these days too which helps. Just wanted to say thank you for your kind words and inspirational videos. You are amazing! And to anyone reading this far, keep going! I believe in you. Good day, Gasper! Today's going to be a great day because my painting should arrive today! I can't wait! As far as meditation goes, people think that to meditate you have to sit in a certain position, but you can meditate lying down. Some think that you have to shut your mind off but that's impossible because our brains are like antennae that are constantly channeling from the ether. The only thing you really need to learn to do when meditating is to let those thoughts go. Oh, and this painting is beautiful!! It's on my list! ^_^ Hopefully one day my home will be filled with your work!

Water is so hard to drink when there is so many other options!!! One of my biggest weaknesses!! SODA!! Its become a huge dragon I cannot seem to defeat!!! I WILL!!! I will......
If you think about its nature it may turn you off it. So.... artificial flavor, artificial color, sugar and carbonated water. Its all basically fake. You dont need that. You are real, you need real food and drink. 🙂
You can do it! To start with when I was in a similar situation I swapped soda for sparkling water. You can even mix in some squash with it at first if you need that sweet flavour, then use less and less squash and eventually it’s just plain old sparkling water. I needed the sparkling as I found that that was my actual obsession more than anything! These days I drink mainly regular water and sometimes sparkling as a treat lol. All the best ☺️
